End User Agreement

AngelGrad exists to connect alumni and students to connect, talk, and help each other reach their professional and goals.

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using AngelGrad ("Application").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

License

AngelGrad grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  1. Sell, lease, rent, relegate, appropriate, communicate, have, re-appropriate, license, uncover or in any case industrially misuse the Application or make the Application accessible to any outsider.
  2. Create option or subordinate works dependent on the Application;
  3. Use the Application for any reason other than as portrayed thus;
  4. Copy or recreate the Application;
  5. Sell, allocate, permit, reveal, disseminate or in any case move or make accessible the Application or any duplicates of the Application in any structure to any outsiders;
  6. Alter, interpret, decompile, invert gather or figure out the Application, or endeavor to do any of the prior, but to the degree this forbiddance isn't allowed under a pertinent law; or
  7. Remove or modify any restrictive notification or imprints on the Application.

Modifications to Application

AngelGrad reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by AngelGrad.

AngelGrad may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from AngelGrad, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Severability

By consenting to the EULA, you consent to repay and in any case hold innocuous AngelGrad, its officials, businesses, operators, auxiliaries, subsidiaries and different accomplices from any immediate, backhanded, coincidental, extraordinary, important or commendable harms emerging out of, identifying with, or coming about because of your utilization of the Application or some other issue identifying with the Application.

Indemnification

By accepting the EULA, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless AngelGrad, its officers, employers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of, relating to, or resulting from your use of the Software or any other matter relating to the Software.

Limitation of Liability

You explicitly comprehend and concur that AngelGrad will not be obligated for any circuitous, accidental, exceptional, considerable or commendable harms, including however not restricted to, harms for loss of benefits, altruism, use, information or other immaterial misfortunes (regardless of whether AngelGrad has been educated with respect to the chance of such harms). In no occasion will AngelGrad's total obligation to you surpass the measure of permitting expenses paid by you to AngelGrad. These constraints and prohibitions will apply despite any disappointment of fundamental reason for any restricted cure. A few locales don't permit the constraints of harms and additionally avoidances of obligation for accidental or considerable harms. Amendments to this Agreement

AngelGrad reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
